Can you describe a time when you effectively represented a brand at an event?

Yes! As a member of Alpha Sigma Tau sorority, I’ve had the opportunity to represent my sorority at campus events like recruitment, philanthropy fundraisers, and student involvement fairs. During these events, I made it a priority to be approachable and enthusiastic, helping share what our chapter stands for and what makes us unique. I spoke with potential new members, answered questions about our values and activities, and helped create a welcoming environment that reflected our sisterhood in the most genuine and confident way possible. These experiences taught me how to represent a brand, whether it’s a sorority or a product with confidence, authenticity, and an undeniable sense of community.

How would you engage with event attendees to create a positive brand experience?

To create a positive brand experience for Koia, I would ensure to lead with a friendly and positive attitude and offer samples while highlighting what makes Koia stand out from other brands. I would ask simple and engaging questions to start conversations and make the interaction feel personal and genuine and not scripted. I would intiate conversation and find the best way to connect with each person. I’d also highlight any flavors that are popular or personal favorites to keep the conversation relatable. My ultimate goal would be to create a fun and approachable vibe so that people walk away not just liking the product, but create a memorable, positive impression of Koia.

Share a brand you think is crushing it on social media. What do they do well?

One brand I believe is doing wonderful on social media is Glossier. As a makeup and perfume brand, they have been able to build and maintain a strong social media presence that feels extremely effortless, aesthetic, clean, and cohesive. Their content always fits the brands overall vibe, which is soft lighting, minimal design, and aesthetic visuals that truly resonates with their audience. What they do especially well is partnering with influencers who genuinely align with their brand. For instance, partnering with Eva Meloche was a perfect fit due to her style, personality, and following that reflect the exact audience that would adore Glossier. They also maintain such a great balance between the curated content they put out and interaction from their consumers. For instance, they interact with the audience in the comments, and they repost posts made about the brand on TikTok which makes followers feel like part of the brand. Glossier stays ahead of trends without diverting from the brands image and identity, which is what keeps their social presence so consistent and fresh.
