Yes! I would be committed to communicating regularly and promptly to the Home From College and Candier teams as well as completing the necessary items for this gig.

My goal is to create spaces on campus that my fellow students can come to to enjoy a break from the busy schedules and endless to-do lists. When I host events, I try to put myself in the shoes of others - thinking what would they like or need right now and tailor the vibe of the event to this specific need.

During finals week, I hosted a Wellness Week alongside my Co-Rep for VSPINK where we held five days of activities ranging from yoga in the stadium with the Rec staff, Acai Bowl Bar with a local business, and a scavenger hunt across campus where we highlighted products from the brand and other go-to college goodies! By having an array of options, we were able to bring smiles to over five hundred students (we tracked attendance) and increase exposure for a brand we loved.

I've also hosted fun pop up, brand activation event as an ice cream social that students were encouraged to grab a bowl or scoop a sundae into their Stanley cups! This brought new life and experiences to a brand that so many college students know and love - or want to know and love!

If I were able to host an event for Candier, I would host it at our local coffee shop, Dear Joe, right on the corner of campus. Here students would be welcomed by the smell and aroma of Candier candles. I love bringing small luxuries to students as these often are absent from our daily lives. I would feature charcuterie boards and a lemonade/mocktail bar. I would feature small activities like a celebration board where attendees are encouraged to add something they are excited for or are manifesting. I would also love to include a vision board making table where attendees can put together a masterpiece of all that is to come with printed images featuring items from Candier's website and similar branding. Here students can treat themselves to some tasty treats, have incredible photo opps with the candles and vision boards, and time to unwind + connect with others.

Through my time working with brands on campus, I've grown confident in my abilities to make worthwhile connections with campus offices and partners to maximize the brand's reach and overall awareness of the event. I thrive when meeting new people and strive to make campus a place where everyone is happy and celebrated.
