I am doing Psychology hons. which I believe gives me an edge when it comes to understanding what content would the viewers want and would they be interested in seeing. I understand people's psychology and that makes me a good communicator. Moreover, I have the resources to increase the brand engagement( a lot of influencers that I know off). I am good at video editing skills and care about the customers. I wouldn't say that I have ever organised an event on my own, but I have been a member of the social media team for the Psychological Society Initiative (PSI), one of my college societies. I was responsible for taking photos and recordings. Encourage increased participation in the activities as well. Upload stories to PSI's Instagram page and create trending reels. Moreover, what I would describe success in this role is when you create meaning posts and speak through your posts to specific audience and are able to communicate your message and engage the audience to the maximum. And unless you have an intuitive idea of who your target audience really is, you'll need to create audience personas
