What strategies would you use to engage your campus community?
I’d focus on making things feel personal, easy to join, and actually worth people’s time. I’d start by using platforms students already use (like Instagram or group chats) to share quick, clear info and keep it consistent so people recognize it. Then I’d create events or activities that are low-pressure and social, stuff people can drop into with friends, not something that feels like a big commitment. I’d also try to involve different groups on campus so it doesn’t feel exclusive, and highlight real students’ experiences to make it more relatable. Most importantly, I’d listen to feedback and adjust based on what people actually want, so it feels like the community is shaping it, not just being invited to it.

How would you convince students to try the Neon app?
I’d keep it real and not overhype it, something like: “There’s this app called Neon where you can actually make some money just by using your phone, like calling people through the app. It’s kinda interesting and easy to try, so if you’re bored or want a side thing, you should check it out.” Then I’d be honest about it too, like mentioning that it records calls and uses the data, so people should decide if they’re comfortable with that. That way, it doesn’t feel fake
