How would you approach a customer when sampling flo?
I approach customers in a friendly, low-pressure way by keeping my energy warm and approachable. I focus on making the interaction feel normal and comfortable rather than sales-driven, since period care can be a personal topic. I briefly introduce the samples, give a simple explanation if they’re interested, and let them decide without pressure. I stay respectful, avoid assumptions, and keep the interaction quick, positive, and easy.
