What’s your approach to improving content based on feedback or analytics?
Fix the "Drop off" If viewers leave early, I sharpen the Hook. If they finish but don’t engage, I make the Call to Action clearer.
Follow the "High Signal" If people comment on a specific visual style or "vibe," I make that the main focus of the next version.
Strip the Friction, I cut any "fluff" or confusing sections. Content improves by removing what isn't working, not just adding more.
Test One Variable: I’ll keep the message the same but swap the aesthetic (for ex: switching from "modern" to "nostalgic") to see which one sticks.

When you get a creative brief, how do you make it feel authentic?
I would Lean into a specific "Vibe", Use moody, cinematic lighting (like deep neons and shadows) instead of generic brightness.
I would add "Grit", Use grain, film burns, or slight imperfections. Perfection often feels "fake" or corporate.
Be Hyper Specific Instead of "cool," aim for something like "2000s glossy R&B." More specific creates the aesthetic to feels real.
Last is the Show, Don't Tell, Use the atmosphere like a late night studio setting to tell the story so the audience feels the mood instantly.

What’s your process for coming up with hooks that stop people from scrolling?
First things, I make sure the lighting and the scenery matches the vibe/theme.
My process would start with the:
"Shortcut" Hook: "You don't need to read the whole 50 page case study. Focus on these 3 things instead."
The "Mistake" Hook: "The one mistake most people make when branding themselves that kills their reach instantly."
The "Checklist" Hook: "3 tools that make managing a massive project actually feel easy."
Platform-Specific Tactics would be:
TikTok
I would use Lo-fi High Energy music and edit, unfiltered authenticity captions. Starting with a "hot take" or a direct question to the camera works best.
Instagram Reels
High Aesthetic, Cinematic music and visuals. Users expect "eye candy." Use crisp visuals and glossy typography to signal high production value immediately.
YouTube Shorts
The "Loop" Hook Design the end of the video to flow perfectly back into the start. The "hook" actually happens twice.
