Authenticity means being 100% upfront and honest about someone’s work, one’s personality, and one’s true intention. I don’t want to hear a fabricated story about your life, I want to hear something that is relatable and I can picture myself in.

How do you create FOMO and social proof?
By making things relatable and within reach/ attainable. More people would buy something they can simply add to their routine and feel apart of something than chase something unattainable and few people own.

If a customer left a negative review how would you respond?
I would by all means try to make the mistake right. I would respond positively asking for clear feedback in order to respond and handle the situation appropriately. The negative review needs to be responded to and never ignored.
