Joey Wellness is an influencer with a total follower count of 3.5M+ across all platforms. He often posts about "Wellness, Food, Travel, Lifestyle, Italian roots" and would be a perfect fit for Smash Kitchen. He investigates the health properties of fast-food products and compares them to healthier, organic options, and values brand transparency.

What is your approach to engaging creators through direct messages?
Many partnerships are strictly script-based deliverable partnerships; this structure does not welcome smaller accounts to partnerships.
There are a few critical points in my proposed structure for creator outreach:
Offer Context first, not a pitch: Give acknowledgement to the creator's past work and commend them on their ability to communicate partner products effectively. Then, offer reasoning as to why Smash Kitchen would fit well into their content.
Keep the request simple: My job as a member of the Marketing team is to help the creator feel comfortable in partnering with Smash Kitchen. To do this, we can offer an easy onboarding consultation that is informational and non-commital by nature which will increase the chances of a creator exploring the options we offer at Smash Kitchen.
Give Creative Freedom: A common theme among my prior explanations is that the creator should be providing value to their followers in a way that is not forceful. At Smash Kitchen, we should value creative liberty among our partnered creators because that is what brings our brand to new audiences. A cookie-cutter script will not effectively garner trust among that creator's audience and comes off as inauthentic.
While we are searching for creators to partner with, we must keep in mind that they offer us value and not only the other way around. We build trust within their communities, and they gain experience in partnership with trusted brands.

How would you show up as Smash Kitchen in the comments? give 2-3 examples.
Many large brands seem robotic in comment sections. At Smash Kitchen, the largest difference is that we communicate as members of the "foodie" community.
Comment replies: Replying to comments has been, in my experience, the best way to gain high-quality, real insights into consumer demands and opinions.
Comments for "Presence": Being an active member in the community gives Smash Kitchen a place in the discussion around high-quality, organic food products for both distribution and consumer market presence.
Recommendations and Testimonials: While marketing is certainly focused on garnering attention from prospective customers, staying involved with current customers, UGC, and advertisement content (beyond a link in bio) is a great way to make the partnership more obvious among the partner's followers.
