Important aspects that I consider when adopting a new social app into my daily screen time would include: Entertainment level (does this social platform keep me engaged? does it satisfy my attention span?), Ability to interact with friends/peers, and a clear benefit from usage of the social platform. If I know that I will get some incentive out of devoting screen time to an app, I am more likely to want to return to it frequently.
