How will you hold members accountable for completing tasks on time?
I for one would make sure all my task were completed on time I would never make them do something I myself would not do. Then I would make sure that they knew what the expectations were I would make suggestions on how I personal would do the task. If they did not complete a task one time once I would merely give them a reminder of the expectations given to them and ask if there is anyway I could help. If it keeps happening though I would refer to whatever the company policy is.

Please talk about something you've done that demonstrates attention to detail.
I was the president of the Interact club in high school I helped organize and put together a number of community service projects for the club. One was when we planted trees around my old high schools campus I was in charge of making sure everyone showed up and arranged the arrival of the trees to campus. We managed to plant about 15 saplings that day in the space we were allotted.
