How important is routine to you when it comes to sleep health?
My sleep ritual is everything. I know that in order to have a productive day, I need good sleep. I focus on trying to go to bed at the same time each night. I like to wind down before, make sure I am clean, and take my magnesium. I like things that are natural which is why I was drawn to this product.
