built an automated email/DM flow using Zapier triggered by a Google Forms submission.
When a user filled the form, their data was stored in Google Sheets, then sent to OpenAI API to generate a personalized message. The email was automatically sent via Gmail.
Follow-ups were triggered based on user behavior (like interests or no response), creating a simple but scalable AI-powered automation flow.
