Can you give an example of a detailed QA report you have created in the past?
For manual testing I usually follow this procedure:
Bug title: identify what and where it went wrong
Test tata: can be environment, credentials, or needed file/data
Step-to-reproduce: step by step on how to reproduce the bug

Expected result
For automated testing (Katalon Studio, Playwright, K6, Postman), I usually convert it to HTML format if the platform didn't provide a report

How do you approach identifying and documenting bugs in digital products?
The priority of software testing is to make sure the product fits the requirements. If anything is missing from the requirement or creating a bottleneck in the product flow, then we record it in the form of bug tickets and send it back to the developer.
