Yes! I have never worked at a music festival, but I have been to Summer Smash in Chicago multiple times and Rolling Loud in LA. I am also a consistent concert-goer, so I am very familiar with the environment.

Can you share a past experience where you demonstrated strong customer service skills?
I previously worked for an app promoting allergy-friendly food. At times, there were errors in the app during which customers made complaints. I dealt with the complaints by staying calm and reported back to my bosses and helped fix the errors!

How would you approach engaging with attendees at a festival to promote chargeFuze's products?
Place the booth in a high-volume area, near restaurants and food. There could be a photo booth to allow attendees to take photos, and ambassadors could remind them of the importance of battery life by offering them a charger rental!
