how do you balance being proactive with being reactive? Can you give an example of a time when you maintained your focus on planning and execution, even when things were moving quickly around you?
I like to be proactive by prepping for any challenge that may come. For example, I had to coordinate the food for an event we were having at school. To be proactive I prepared a list of ingredients we would need in case we couldn't find any restaurant and calculated for our budget. We did find a restaurant but they told us last minute that they would not be able to cater anymore. Because of my proactive list, we were able to get approved to use the budget quickly and the event went off without a hitch.
