By ensuring that you personalize influencer reach outs and thank you's you can create a relationship with the influencers beyond just your work together. Generic reach out messages or generic follow up messages don't make people feel special and we need to showcase how our team treats our influencers so they feel a sense of loyalty to us as a brand and a team!

Managing influencers Involves a lot of moving parts. How do you stay organized and ensure nothing falls through the cracks?
As ex-sorority president I understand the need for organization and tracking metrics. Personaly for me I love using google sheets and excel to track in real time who I'm reaching out to and responses and posts just to ensure I always have a running list of those who I am working with.

Gifting programs can be hit or miss. What strategies DO YOU USE TO ENCOURAGE influencers TO post, and how do you measure success?
The key to launching a successful gifting program is giving influencers PR packages that make opening it an experience and illicit excitement about the moment as well as the products. A box full of tissue and the products isn't as eye catching or "share worthy" and a creative four sided gift box that falls open then you untie the bow. You need to make the packages something that influencers get excited to share! like "look at how curate this pr package is everyone and they sent it to me!" Additionally, engagement with the influencers on social media is an amazing strategy to driving engagement because influencer want to know they are posting into the void and that the brand sees and appreciates their post. I measure success by tracking how many story post each influencer posts with our product and how creative they strive to make it.
