What does authenticity mean to you?
To me authenticity mean to be genuine with yourself and other people. To honor positive and negative feedback and use them to valid changes. Most of all it means to have genuine intentions.

How do you create FOMO and social proof?
I would use regular people for marketing purposes. I would do it interview style where I walk around in a public area and ask people to try our product using samples, and get their honest answer. That way with positive reviews more people would want to try our product.
