Have you ever sold something online or in person? Share an example, big or small. Talk about what you learned from that selling experience
I worked as a customer representative at a local dessert shop for four months, selling products in person. Whether it was through the way I spoke to customers or warmly welcomed them as they walked in, I efficiently sold and marketed our products, boosting tips and ultimately sales. From my selling experience, I think the biggest and most valuable lessons I learned was adaptability and the power of trust. With each different customer, I adapted my communication skills and altered my physical body language; this was all based on what kind of customer/person I read them out to be. For example, the more outgoing and extroverted customers I took their orders and suggested different menu items with high enthusiasm and energy, as opposed to those who seemed more quiet and introverted, I made our conversations feel secure and trustworthy, speaking softly and comfortably. Further, the quality of trust is so important in selling products and rapport. It leads to long-term success in sales as I build genuine and trusted relationships with my customers. It additionally builds credibility and integrity within me as a salesperson, which is more greatly valuable in the long run of sales

What's your video creation process? How do you usually get your inspirations?
I analyze the current trends/interests of the time because when one's content includes that, a greater number of users are more greatly attracted to what you're posting. My video creation is heavily dependent on what I think others would want to see, in addition to of course what I enjoy to make. I like and really appreciate when content is raw and authentic. I always try to not heavily fabricate any of my videos or posts because I think that takes away from other users' enjoyment of my content, as it becomes more difficult to really align/connect to me as a content creator. My inspirations typically just come from my everyday life: my friends, my hobbies, my passions.

Tell me about a piece of content you made that got more engagement than usual. What do you think made it successful?
Recently, I helped curate a TikTok video for my sorority that got a strong amount of engagement. I think the timing and relatability of the content were the two most important qualities of it in succeeding. Around August-September is when all universities go back to school and the process of rush and recruitment begins for sororities and greek life. My ability to post a showcase of my sorority during this certain trend of excitement, curiosity and interest was really important in supporting its growth. Very similarly with any trend, timing plays a great role in its engagement. Further, TikTok is such a widespread social platform whose users, many of which are young teenage girls, use for inspiration or as guidance. Our TikTok displayed college girls at a great university, getting involved in various academic, athletic, and personal hobbies, which I think greatly sparks the interest of these many users. It's relatability and overall ability to connect/align with many users' goals or likings (fashion, passions, etc.) is another key factor that I think played a role in its success.
