What interests you about Painterland Sisters?

I’m personally really drawn to Painterland Sisters because I genuinely love discovering and trying new things. Whether that’s new brands, foods, or experiences, I also love sharing those finds with others. I especially appreciate brands that feel intentional and story-driven, and Painterland Sisters stands out in that way. Painterland Sisters seems like a brand I can both connect to and incorporate into my daily life, especially as an avid yogurt lover too!

What’s your experience with creating fitness or wellness-related content?

I haven’t super focused exclusively on fitness or wellness content, but it’s naturally built into the content I already create. A lot of my videos are “day in my life” style, where I show how I balance school, staying active, and my daily routine. That often includes going to the gym, playing intramural basketball, and prioritizing habits that keep me feeling my best. Because it’s part of my real lifestyle, the content comes across as authentic rather than forced. I also focus on making my content feel relatable and aesthetic, so even when I’m incorporating wellness, it’s shown in a way that’s engaging and easy for others to see themselves in. I’d love to expand more intentionally into fitness and wellness content, and I think my current style is a strong foundation for that.

How would you show the benefits of a nutritious snack like Skyr in a video?

I’d show the benefits of Skyr by building it naturally into moments where nutrition actually matters, so it feels real. Rather than something that feels like a commercial, I’d want to create content like a “day in my life” style video. It could film from a morning class or workout into grabbing Skyr as a quick, filling, high-protein snack. I’d highlight how it fits into a busy schedule as I balance academics, sports and sorority life. I could also incorporate a post-workout angle, since that’s when people are actively thinking about nutrition. Something like a transition from a gym clip to eating Skyr. Key phrases and text like “high protein,” “keeps me full,” “light but satisfying” would be really important in catching audience attention. Or even an honest reaction and taste test to try Skyr, ranking flavors and/or showing different ways to eat it. I would just want to overall add more personality and create content that is more relatable. Visually, I always like to keep it clean and aesthetic, but still natural, filming in real settings. Overall, the goal would be to show, not just tell, how Skyr fits into a real routine; my college student perspective is something that I believe is especially relatable for social media users.
