How would you engage a customer who is hesitant to try a new product?
If a customer seemed hesitant to try Doughy, I’d start by being friendly and relatable maybe sharing how I was skeptical at first too, but ended up loving it. I’d tell them what makes Doughy special, like that it’s safe to eat raw and made with better-for-you ingredients. Then I’d offer them a sample so they can taste it for themselves. Most people change their minds once they try it! I’d keep it light and positive, focusing on how fun and delicious the product is.
