How would you grow the H\FC community from scratch?
I would grow the H\FC community from scratch by focusing on creating spaces where Gen Z feels heard and involved. First, I’d start small with consistent, relatable posts that spark conversation, like polls, memes, and real stories about job searching, to build trust and momentum. Then, I’d partner with student orgs, creators, and micro-influencers to spread awareness and bring in new members. Finally, I’d keep engagement high by highlighting community contributions, responding quickly to comments, and running interactive events or AMAs so people feel like they’re shaping the space, not just consuming content.
