Please share an experience where you lead point on a big event or activation.
I have organized and ran multiple youth regattas, briefing large groups and sending out commands as well as participating in hundreds to this day. I understand event planning and management especially with a group passionate about being outside. I've also run many classrooms as a tutor or coach and feel confident speaking to a group.
