This summer I attended the Abercrombie and Fitch Freshman Forum. In this Forum we had a case study in which we were placed with 10 strangers to come up with a solution to A&F's problem. 10 people is a large group when trying to work on a group project. We had a couple teammates that found it difficult to stay on track and complete their work on time. In order to help correct this issue I found that open communication was key. We worked together to ensure a set schedule was in place and work was divided based off of people's personal schedules. Here we were able to accommodate everyone's needs while also completing a fantastic presentation. I learned effective leadership skills because of this case study and was able to create a beautiful and cohesive presentation that the entire team was proud of.

If i were to make a TikTok for your company that offers a dermatology assessment in a pharmacy in NC I would start with the basics. Gen Z loves a tutorial and since Gen Z is the generation most used by TikTok this idea would work great. I would present an idea on how your company could create different tutorials on how to create various skin conditions using products sold in the pharmacy. I believe that this will attract Gen Zers to your page and help boost your followers.
