How would you engage audiences for art?
I would love to talk more about the type of audience you have, your targets for engagements and more. But witht he information I have so far here is what I would do.
On Instagram: I’d prioritize Reels that can be reused on Tiktok & Youtube Short, carousels with rich storytelling, and curated grid aesthetics.
On TikTok: Process videos, ASMR-style or with trendy songs.
On Pinterest: I’d build moodboards of the artwork and studio vibes to attract long-term art lovers.

Can you provide an example of a successful social media campaign you've managed in the past?
While I haven’t yet launched a social media campaign in a professional capacity, I have successfully developed several comprehensive campaign strategies during my work with Estée Lauder brands. My personal favorite is the one I developed with with AVEDA.
“Naturally You” is a digital-first concept I created as part of a business case for Aveda. This campaign was designed to re-anchor the brand in its Ayurvedic roots while resonating with Gen Z. The values that needed to stand out were: authenticity, inclusivity, and holistic self-expression. The campaign was built across several content pillars: Visual Aesthetic, with trendy yet editorial images to have a cultural impact on Gen Z as they are visual digital natives. Short-Form Videos with TikTok and Instagram Reels: highlighting hair professionals through Before/Afters and Hair consultations, “morning ritual” sequences, ASMR-style product application, and UGC content. The strategy also included Instagram story filters. Although the campaign wasn’t implemented commercially, it was praised for its strategic coherence, cultural relevance, and brand fit.

How do you stay updated with the latest social media trends and algorithm changes?
I stay updated with the latest social media marketing trends in 2 ways:
First of all, I stay connected at all times. I regularly explore trending videos on TikTok and Instagram via popular hashtags. I also find YouTube Shorts to be a useful tool for spotting emerging content patterns. However, I’m aware that this kind of monitoring has its limits, as the algorithm feeding my content may not always reflect the target consumer behavior in a specific country or market segment.
So to complete this on site research, I follow on Linkedin many Social Media Marketers that post daily or weekly about trends they believe shape the future of social media both short term and long term. Their insights often include data-driven analysis, which helps me understand what resonates with audiences beyond the surface level.
