Interview Questions
Soul
Campus Brand Ambassador

What techniques would you use to ensure customers are engaged with our products?
To ensure customers are engaged with Soul’s products, I would start by making the brand more accessible on social media. Since I had difficulty finding the Instagram through a simple search, I would create a QR code that links directly to the page and include it with every sample I distribute. I’d encourage students to follow the page in order to receive their sample, helping boost visibility and engagement. I would also emphasize that Soul isn’t just for relaxation—it's a full-spectrum wellness brand designed to elevate mood, enhance creativity, and support overall well-being. By clearly communicating this message, I can help reshape the way people view and connect with the brand.

What experience do you have in marketing and promotion?
I'm currently a marketing intern for the Bumbershoot Music Festival in Seattle where I've been learning how to determine your ideal audience and target marketing. I've also been learning more about brand exclusivity like Pepsi having exclusive rights for drinks in certain areas in the city. In addition, I've done tabling and sampling for Here We Flo through H\FC and have lots of experience tabling for non-profits including my sororities Think Pink Philanthropy where we would hand out ribbons throughout the community and share events that people can support locally.

Have you used Taskrabbit before? -- Describe the project you currently need help with and the service you would book.
I haven’t used Taskrabbit yet, but I’ve definitely considered it during busy times like moving. Right now, I’d use it to help finish clearing out my old apartment, where I lived with seven roommates. Four of us have already moved our personal items, but there’s still larger furniture, like sofas, shelves, and a dining table, that we’ll need to move in the next month or less. Since there are some awkward steps leading out of the apartment, moving those bigger items won’t be easy on our own. I’d book Taskrabbit for help with lifting and transporting everything smoothly. If the incoming tenants decide to keep the furniture, then I’d use Taskrabbit to help clean the new apartment instead. It was never properly cleaned when we moved in, and there are a lot of smaller details, like dirt on the window sills and hard-to-reach spots, that I just don’t have the tools or time to tackle on my own. Taskrabbit seems like the perfect solution for either situation, whether it’s heavy lifting or a deep clean.
