How would you articulate the energy boost you experience after trying a new energy drink like KEY?

If I were describing the energy boost after trying KEY, I’d focus on how quickly the effects set in, whether the lift feels smooth or sudden, and how it impacts my focus and alertness. I’d also note if the boost feels clean and sustained without jitters or a crash, since those are important factors for consumers choosing an energy drink

What specific aspects of a drink do you consider when evaluating a new beverage?

When I evaluate a new beverage, I look at its sensory qualities-appearance, aroma, taste balance, mouthfeel, and aftertaste-to ensure it delivers a positive drinking experience. I also consider functional aspects like refreshment and consistency, along with packaging elements such as ease of use and label clarity. Finally, I assess how well the beverage fits its target market, making sure it aligns with consumer expectations and dietary or lifestyle needs.

Can you give an example of a piece of jewelry you tested in the past and the insights you provided for improvement?

One piece I tested was a sterling silver bracelet with a magnetic clasp. During usability testing, we noticed that many participants struggled to fasten it with one hand, especially those with limited dexterity. In addition, a few testers mentioned that the clasp didn’t feel secure enough for daily wear. Based on these insights, I recommended exploring a more ergonomic closure, such as a hinged clasp or a slide mechanism, that would allow easier one-handed use while still feeling sturdy. The design team later prototyped a modified version, and follow-up testing showed much higher satisfaction and ease of use
