What role do you play in a group setting? (leader, introvert, strategist)
The role that I play will depend on the members of the group that I am in. If it happens that in my group, all of us are introverts, and no one dares to step to up to lead the group, I would most likely step up because I want things to get done as soon as possible. However, if I have groupmate/s who is/are initiating to lead us, then I would be a follower who will support the leader.
