I'd start by including neurodiverse people in building the brand not just marketing to them. Clear communication, consistent messaging, and visuals that don't overwhelm matter deeply to these communities. Most importantly, the brand has to be genuinely inclusive across every touchpoint not just words, but in action. When people feel truly seen, they don't just become customers , they become advocates
