What do you think makes an ad creative effective for a beauty brand?
Innovative visuals that highlight the beauty product and brand overall, as well as having a modern aesthetic. It's all about balance between being visually appealing, while showcasing what the product is, and forming a connection with the audience so they feel inclined to purchase the product.

Can you provide an example of a successful brand partnership or activation you have coordinated in the past?
One example that stands out is my work as Program Manager for Bay Area Green Tours during Farm Fest 2024, where I coordinated partnerships and secured in-kind donations from mission-driven brands like Guayakí, Patagonia, and World Centric. My role involved researching and reaching out to potential partners, drafting personalized donation requests, and maintaining consistent follow-up to build trust and ensure alignment with the event’s sustainability mission. Through these efforts, I was able to secure product donations that elevated the attendee experience and provided added visibility for partner brands. I also managed on-site coordination with sponsors and event speakers, ensuring smooth execution and brand alignment. This required balancing logistical details with relationship-building, and it reinforced the importance of communication and professionalism in partnership management. The success of this activation was reflected not only in the resources we brought to the event, but also in the strengthened connections with partners who expressed interest in continuing collaborations beyond the event. That experience gave me confidence in managing outreach, building authentic partnerships, and coordinating activations—skills I’d bring to influencer and wellness community collaborations in this role.
