Yes. I try to eat clean and healthy because I want to be more conscious of my eating habits this year. It benefits my health, and clean ingredients are also good for the environment.

When I test a product’s effectiveness, the product intake will be a variable I can manipulate but other parts of my life has to stay constant, (the amount of sleep, my diet, & not trying other new products) to ensure proper testing results!

Through my experience with psychology research, I learned that diligent testing is a requirement for real and meaningful results. If the tests are not done right, there are too many confounding variables that can be misleading to the study.
