What is your favorite streaming platform and why?

My favorite streaming platform is Hulu because I like the interface, the different types of payment options available and wide range of genres. Also I believe the recommendations they give you are very well tailored towards the viewer.

Share a time when you've been able to mobilize a group of people around a product, service, or cause you feel passionate about?

As a woman who attended an all-girls high school, one of the main attributes that brought us together was fashion. We were all required to wear the same uniform everyday, which while did create a sense of unity, depleted a sense of individuality. Even done to the type of socks. We were only allowed to wear two colors of ankle socks, black or white. However, most of us would come in with funky Christmas socks during the holidays, or even mismatched socks during those late morning wake ups. As a result, the school issued a detention to anyone who didn't follow the rules. A group of us didn't understand why, our school always fought for women to be uprooted in society but wouldn't allow us to wear green socks to school? As a result, we bounded together to draw up a petition, obtaining over 150 signatures to allow us to wear any colored socks, given they were appropriate. The administration passed the rule, and ever since girls came in with whatever they wanted, even if they were still black or white.

Please share one feature that would help a resume builder gain traction in the market.

Resumes are very wordy and professional, oftentimes leading to a less personal connection between employer and potential candidate. A personal connection that allows for a person's true colors to be seen is through photos. In architecture, an employer hires through an architect's portfolio, which is a collection of their work. If photos were integrated with resumes I believe it would add to a more in depth view of the potential candidate's attributes
