Which social media platforms do you use most often, and what do you like about their setup or analytics tools?
In the past, Twitter was the platform I used the most, but since Musk bought it, I slowly lost interest because I feel it's uniqueness is gone now. Nowadays, I like Instagram because it allows me to see a wide variety of content which keeps the experience fresh and engaging. Regarding analytics, I'm still learning, but I appreciate Instragram's insights for giving basic information about engagement, reach, and follower activity. These help me understand what content works best and when to post. I also like platforms that offer easy-to-use tools for scheduling and monitoring posts, even if I'm not an expert yet, because having those options makes managing multiple accounts easier.

What tools or strategies do you recommend for optimizing engagement across platforms?
A good starting point would be using tools that analyze data and user behavior to see what kind of posts and reels the audience likes most. This helps create that really speaks to their interests and habits. I also believe that running iteractive campaigns, like contests or giveaways, is a great way to get followers involved and increse engagement. Combining data-driven content with these strategies can really help boost visibility and interaction accross all platforms.

If something isn’t working properly (for example, Instagram posts aren’t sharing to Facebook), how would you approach diagnosing the issue?
If something isn't working properly, like Instagram posts not sharing to Facebook, I'd start by checking the internet connection to make sure it's stable. Then I'd go into Instagram settings and see if the option to share posts on Facebook is actually turned on. I'd also check that both apps are updated and the accounts are properly linked. If all that's fine, I'd try disconnecting and reconnecting the accounts and look online if there any service problems. If nothing works, I'd clear the app cache or reinstall the apps to fix any glitches.
