What is your favorite streaming platform and why?
My favorite streaming platform is YouTube TV. I feel as though YouTube TV offers an amazing channel selection for a competitive price when compared to other TV streaming services. I've utilized them for over a year and I'm very satisfied with my experience thus far.

What does wellness mean to you? And how do you integrate it in your life?
Wellness means feeling like my best self, both physically and mentally. A huge part of integrating wellness in my own life is regularly visiting the gym and using supplements to ensure I am receiving an adequate amount of nutrients. Additionally, I practice self-care methods to make sure my mental health is prioritized.
