Tell us a story about your journey related to hair or gut health?
My gut health journey β a tale of ups and downs! During undergrad, the pressure was real, and I didn't always treat my body right. Fast food and irregular eating became the norm, and let me tell you, my gut was not having it. I started noticing mood swings, bloating, and yeah, that infamous brain fog. It was like my gut was trying to send an S.O.S.
I started diving into research about the gut-brain connection. I realized that taking care of my gut wasn't just about feeling better physically, it had a direct link to my mental clarity too. So, I began incorporating more whole foods, probiotics, and mindful eating into my routine. It wasn't an overnight fix, but gradually, the fog lifted, the bloating reduced, and I felt more balanced overall.
This journey reminded me that our bodies are incredibly interconnected, and a healthy gut is a foundation for both physical and mental well-being. Now, I'm all about spreading the word and helping others embark on their own gut health adventures. I start grad school this year and my gut health is going to me a key part of my success these next few years!

What product would you be most excited to try?
Choose Probiotics for Gut Health, Hair Supplement for Hair Health, or Both
I've heard some really amazing stuff about your brand and the cool products you carry! Personally, I'd be super eager to get my hands on both, but if I had to prioritize one, I'd definitely go for the Probiotics. With the semester ramping up, I'm all about making sure my gut is in check. With all of the craziness of classes and research β stress can really mess with my focus, and I've noticed I get a lot of brain fog when I haven't been looking after my gut. Your brand seems like it's not just about products, but a healthy lifestyle that I can totally get behind. Looking forward to the possibility of teaming up and spreading the word!
