How do you approach identifying potential issues with a product during testing?
It's depends on the kind of issues. For a technical issues i usely try finding a solution either it from my device or in the app or reaching to the customer support giving a feedback hoping for the problem to be solved. And for the physical products i usely send back the product to try another one if the issue is still on the other it's ends with a bad review or at least a suggestion for the company to work on it
