Creator Sourcing Intern

pager Profile Image

Please brainstorm three avenues you'd utilize to engage and source new creators for the pager platform.

1. Find specific niches that are trending currently. With platforms like TikTok and Instagram there are thousands or even millions of creators available. However, most creators that have the most engaged audiences most likely have a niche. Even if the niche is just themselves and their lifestyle! Hashtags can be one of the tools to accomplish this. 2. A great way to engage and source new creators is by evaluating their past partnerships and collaborations. It allows us insight into which type of companies are looking for marketing support from specific creators. Understanding their background with past partnerships allows us to find the most useful creators for our outreach targets. 3. Once we have found the creators we would like to engage, then sourcing and developing the new partnerships is vital. Based on where they would like to be contacted it would be necessary to create outreach templates to make the process more efficient. However, to make sure to finalize the partnership it can be useful to personalize templates for each creator by mentioning specific content they have created, which has encouraged us to contact them to collaborate with us.
