What experience do you have with digital marketing campaigns or event support?
Since 2020, I have been personally running my TikTok account, which I use to post UGC content. I have completed campaigns for multiple companies and brands such as Bubble, Fwee, and StationeryPal. Through these marketing campaigns, I learned a lot about audience analytics and what I need to improve or change about my content in order to make it more engaging for viewers. Through these UGC campaigns, I have also developed my video editing skills, as well as my social media content creation skills in general, as each project that I participated in allowed me to gauge how my audience base reacts to different styles of content.

How would you approach creating content that resonates with skincare consumers?
To start off, I believe that creating content that resonates with skincare consumers should come from a place of relatability and trustworthiness. This means that I would be promoting a product that addresses a skincare concern that I have personally experienced. Moreover, it includes reporting actual results that showcase the effectiveness of the product. I believe that creating content from a relatable, realistic approach is much more effective than trying to sound like an expert or using purely scientific facts to prove why a product is worth purchasing. As someone who consumes skincare content on a regular basis, I also find content that shows real results and personal stories a lot more impactful than those that do not.

How do you handle feedback to improve your content?
I take all feedback that I receive into close and careful consideration. When I am creating content for a company or business, I want to ensure that I am properly representing their brand with authenticity. I understand the influence that marketing has on a business and its brand, which is why I will always check in with the company's team before posting any content that I create. The last thing I would want to do is misrepresent a business. From there, I apply any feedback (positive or negative) that I hear back from the team to the content that I am posting. With that being said, I always want to ensure that the content I create is authentic to both the brand and I. So, I take all feedback into consideration while also ensuring that the content that I post remains authentic to myself and the style of content that I want to produce.
