Authenticity means being transparent, and trustworthy. These are crucial characteristics just about anyone requires a brand to have before entrusting them with their business.

How do you create FOMO and social proof?
I create FOMO by creating a sense of urgency. One way this can be done through showing how many people are signed up for notifications for a product launch. I create social proof by posting testimonials the company recently received that clearly state the ways in which the product has benefitted the customer.

I would start by thanking them for taking the time to leave honest feedback and I would inform them that their critiques will be passed along to our team.
