How do you stay organized when tracking multiple contacts and tasks?
I’d use a shared Google Sheet or Notion doc to log names, emails, and review status. I like to color-code or create simple columns like 'Received product,' 'Posted review' and 'Proof submitted.' I also set calendar reminders to follow up with anyone who hasn’t posted yet so I don’t lose track of deadlines. Staying consistent with one central document keeps everything clear and accessible.

How would you motivate your network to post authentic reviews?
I’d keep it personal and genuine. I’d let my network know that Santé Blends is something I’ve tried myself and that their honest feedback would really help the brand grow. I’d highlight the fun of being one of the first to try a new alcohol-free nightcap and frame it as a way to support me while also discovering something new for themselves. To make it easy, I’d give them clear instructions and remind them that their real, authentic opinion is what matters most.
