How do you approach identifying and documenting bugs in digital products?
I put myself in the shoes of the user, then go through what they would. Then, after writing down all the necessary identifiers of the version and product I'm using, I then write down the problems I faced with detailed descriptions and sometimes screenshots to provide visuals if needed.

Share an experience that highlights your ability to build strong relationships.
As I was applying to internships a couple years back, I decided to go to a networking event in the homes of finding a company I really clicked with. I ended up meeting someone from a Singaporean-based company that really worked with my style and ability. We exchanged contacts and chatted for a couple weeks.
Fast forward a month later, I had gotten in an internship at a different company, and the Singapore-based one contacted me and told me they really wanted to hire me but was unable to because of lack of budget. I told them it's alright, and wished them well. Despite that though, I kept in contact with the employer and regularly interacted with their posts.
So imagine my shock when a year later, right as I was going to look for another job, this company messages me and immediately offered me a job the second they saw I was looking. Turns out they were still very impressed with my ability and really connected with my personality even after a whole year. Who knew?
