How would you handle a conflict between community members?
If I found myself inbetween a conflict, I would probably calm whoever is the most aggravated first, if there is aggravation, then try to assess what the conflict is going on about. Best case scenario for all conflicts would be to come to a mutual agreement where both parties agree. Worst case would be having to restrict a user from entering that group chat again in the future.
