I would try to find words that allude to the subject matter rather than say it outright, as that may lead some to spiral. I would remain patient and be very mindful of how I phrase things.

Describe your experience managing end-to-end content projects.
I am a stage manager, which means I'm used to managing people, and their time in a space, while managing paperwork and also staying in contact with the separate designers (prop, costume, publicity, set, etc.) I have stage managed multiple times, and have been successful in each show I've been part of.
