During the summer of 2022 I worked with a program named First Star, located in the University of Miami. My time as an intern required meticulous attention to detail among different fields. One of my many responsibilities was to provide mentorship to children in the foster care program, which required gaining certification in mental health awareness as this responsibility required attention to detail of many triggers the students may possess. Similarly, I had to possess the ability of attention to detail when it came to office responsibilities. On a day to day basis I would be responsible of the lunch pick up for the student, which required meticulous paperwork and checklists, making sure the quantities arrived were adequate. In addition to the paperwork I had to fill out, one of my many responsibilities was inventorying, requiring attention to detail and computer skills proficiency.
