What strategies do you employ to grow an organization's social media following and increase engagement with the audience?
I follow metrics from the social platforms data. So whenever the organization's audience is active is the best time to post. I also monitor how the trends shift and change to see what interactions work best between brand and audience.

How do you adapt your social media strategy to target different demographics or international audiences?
I research those audiences and see what they are interested in; what content they like to see. I then shape my content to match so it is marketable to them.

Can you describe your process for developing a social media content calendar?
I work backwards from the deadline. So I set myself time markers for when I need to get drafts done. So if the deadline is 2 weeks from now, I would set the first draft's due date for 6-7 days from today and then make edits for draft 2 due after 2-3 days before finalizing it before the due date.
