Give an example of when you had to balance multiple tasks at once and how did you do so successfully?

At my previous position, I was in charge of hosting a student art gallery every month. I was responsible for creating promotional social media posts, contacting artists, reaching out to catering services all in a few weeks time to prepare for the gallery reception for the month. Having been a full time student as well, it was a challenge to balance all of these responsibilities. However, at the end of it all, the reception that took place brought our student community together into our space sparking critical conversations about the art that was displayed. Many of our galleries were a success and I was able to balance all of these tasks by creating a list, taking things one at a time, and never being afraid to ask for assistance when the task is beyond my independent control.
