Interview Questions

GOBBi

Street-Style Product Sampler & Creator

How comfortable are you being on camera in public?

I'm really comfortable being on camera in public because I'm a pretty shameless person. I think most of my shameless qualities come from my experience of being a canvasser as I had to knock on up to 800 doors a day during my summer job. These were daunting at first, but after a few days, I fell into the groove of approaching every scenario with a smile. Not only that, I now love striking up conversation with strangers, even if it's on camera!

Barebells USA

Barebells Campus Brand Ambassador USA

How would you engage an audience to try Barebells products?

I would bring Barebell protein bars to climbing practices and events since my teammates love protein bars. At the dance showcases for my dance club, I'd use intermission as a time to host challenges for people to win an x amount of protein bars, while also just letting the audience sample them. Lastly, I'd table in the most popular spaces on campus, as well as collaborate with the student government to feature Barebell protein bars as prizes for annual events, like our pop-the-balloo Valentines Day event!

Why do you think you would be a great fit as a Barebells Brand Ambassador?

As someone who is part of the Yale Climbing Team and loves participating in intramural sports, I feel like I have a good grasp of the athletic scene on campus. My friends and I love staying active and take part in fitness challenges, so we are often conscious of our protein intake in hopes of maximizing our gains. It would be an amazing opportunity if I could become an ambassador for Barebells since I'd be able to share the brand with everyone on campus.

As the publicity chair for the biggest dance club on campus (with ober 200 members), I have experience in creating content, as well as time-managing skills. I love creating content as a hobby so it'd be an amazing opportunity if I got to turn this into a side-hustle.
