However, Facebook and/or Instagram would be a good way to target localized advertisements to potential renters.

To increase engagement on a social media page with low interaction, I'd first start with a social media audit. Looking into the client demographics, analyzing competitors, and trends to determine what helps/doesn't help our engagement rate. I'll take into account factors like brand voice, tone, and even the color scheme. That way, we could appeal to our target demographic and put out consistent content.
