Yes, I have given feedback before on a service I was using, especially when something was confusing or could be improved. Later I noticed updates that made the experience better, which showed me that user feedback can actually influence improvements.

I like taking part in user interviews because I get to share my actual experience and help improve something based on real feedback. I think it’s useful when companies hear directly from users, and I’m happy to contribute to that. I also find it interesting to think through how I use a product and what could be better.
