Consistently use the product and write notes on changes or the lack thereof. Then, at the end of the test period, I would leave a detailed review about the texture of the product, how it made my hair feel, and if it helps any with what it claims to.

What does wellness mean to you? And how do you integrate it in your life?
To me, wellness means focusing on what makes you happy. It’s about self-care in whatever form is comfortable for a person. In my life, I practice wellness by going to the gym, doing skincare, and by listening to music when i’m overstimulated.
