How would you approach organizing a campus event to promote Proper Wild effectively?

First step to organizing a campus event is to define the goal, which is to increase brand awareness and get students to associate it with clean and long-lasting energy. The second step is knowing the right campus moment, knowing when the students need energy the most. Weather its midterms/finals week, morning before big games, a fitness/wellness event. We want the students to feel like Proper Wild is the perfect solution to their real student problems. Lastly, the third step would then be engagement tactics. What would grasp our students the most? We could do this by having sampling stations, having well known students help promote before and during the events, and lastly gamification where students can win free Proper Wild products through raffles or spin the wheel.
