How do you prioritize and manage your outreach efforts?
I like to stay organized, so I always have time blocks during my day. I would usually start with emails early in the day, cold emails or replies. Then the second time block would be mainly cold calls and high intent leads. After my lunch would be my time to clean my CRM, prepare for my next day, and check on my pipeline making sure no deals or high quality conversations are slipping through the cracks. I then proceed to a 2nd round of cold calls and end my day with a review of everything I did, see what's working and follow-ups if needed.

What strategies do you use to qualify a lead?
I currently use a mix of the SPIN strategy and CHAMP. I try to keep it natural and keep the flow of the conversation going. I like asking my qualifying questions after they accepted a meeting, it helps with the delivery. So my main focus with my qualifying questions is to see what pain points we would solve, if this is relevant to them, and how soon they would expect a fix in their current system.

Yes I do. I'm familiar with Zoho, SF, RingCentral, OpenPhone, ClickUp, Slack, Teams, Apollo.io, Instantly and Pipedrive.
